Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. No-Shows If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, your payment is forfeited and the session cannot be rescheduled. Late Arrivals If you arrive late to your session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Please plan accordingly. Refunds Refunds are not offered after a session has been completed. Preparation Please arrive to your session in a calm, open state of mind. Find a quiet private space where you will not be interrupted. For Zoom sessions, please test your audio and video in advance. Please secure animals where they will not be distracting. Right to Decline I reserve the right to decline or discontinue a session if I feel it is not in the best interest of either party. Spirits and spirits do not mix.
